Symptoms
Apostrophe characters are showing as inverted question marks in fluid ePerformance.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to MSS fluid homepage > Team Performance > Team Documents
2. Create a new document using any delivered template
3. Open the new document
4. Click the menu at the top of the document, and select Overview
5. Expand the sections. Wherever an apostrophe is used, an upside down question mark appears instead.
