Symptoms

When an employee tries to update an Emergency Contact from the Personal Details tile, following error occurs:

Your changes were not saved to the database. Contact your administrator for process for changes.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as employee to employee self service.
2. Click on the Personal Details tile.
3. Click on the Emergency Contacts.
4. Delete/change details for a contact and click on the save button to see the message.
