Symptoms

When clicking NavBar, the following error pops up and users can not continue on the page.

An error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into PIA.

2. Click NavBar.

3. Observe the above error.
