EGL9.2: SPREADSHEET JOURNAL LOG (JRNLLOG) SHOWS INCORRECT STATUS FOR AN ERRONEOUS JOURNAL (Doc ID 2983621.1)

Issue:
When importing a spreadsheet journal (JRNL1_WS) with an invalid account the log message (JrnlLog) shows an incorrect status as "SUCCESS" even though the error message is correctly displayed. 

ERROR:
1430 (US003, NEXT, Journal Line No.: 1, 2023-09-01) -, - --Errored : Invalid Account value 12312312."

Replication Steps:
1. Setup and configure the Spreadsheet Journal Template: JRNL1_WS
2. Create a new journal using the template and use an invalid Account id, such as: 123123
3. Use "Import Now" buton
4. The following error message is displayed: 1430 (US003, NEXT, Journal Line No.: 1, 2023-09-01) -, - --Errored : Invalid Account value 12312312
5. Check the JrnLog file and observe that this error message has a wrong status as: SUCCESS instead of Warning or Failed.
