Advising Note Not Displaying In The Student Center for Emplid Assigned Super User Access to the Advising Note Type (Doc ID 2983714.1)

Symptoms

A super user with access to every note category is only able to view notes in Campus Community > Student Center that are marked as 'Advisee Access'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. On the Access Control tab designate a User as a Superuser with full access to all note types
Navigation: Set Up SACR > Product Related > Academic Advisement > Note Category Table.
2. Setup a Role with only View, Update and Create access
Navigation: Set Up SACR > Product Related > Academic Advisement > Note Subcategory Table.
3. Setup a Note Subcategory for the Note Category in Step 1
Navigation: Set Up SACR > Product Related > Academic Advisement > Note Category User Access.
4. Setup Note Category Access for several Users with one user designed as a Superuser.
5. Login as the non Superuser Advisor.
6. From the My Advisees tile select an Advisee and create an Advising Note - do not check on the "Advisee access" check box.
7. Create a 2nd note for the same Advisee, with the same not type and check on the "Advisee access" check box.
8. Logout.
9. Login as the Advisor Superuser and click the My Advising Notes tile in fluid.
or in Classic self service Self Service > Student Center > Other Academic Information > Advising Notes.
10.In Fluid
Click the View data for other students button Enter the Emplid for the Advising Note in step 6 and Search.
In Classic self service
populate the Student Emplid number for the Advising Note created in step 6 and Search.
11. Notice only the note marked "Advisee Access" is visible.
