EPY: Tax816WA Report Totals Are Incorrect. (Doc ID 2984033.1)

Symptoms

On TAX816WA report, Long Term Care premium totals are adding up the company values as it goes, rather than having each company's total. The first company in the report is correct, but the company's totals are not being reset for the next companies.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Multiple USA company numbers having WA LTC tax balances (tax class AE)
2. Payroll for North America > U.S. Quarterly Processing > Quarterly Reports > State Paid Leave Reporting > Create Paid Leave/LTC File WA
Run Control Parameters:
CSV format. Add multiple companies in the Report Request Parameters grid. Leave the Earnings Codes grid empty.
Run TAX816WA.sqr.
3. Review the resulting PDF.
The value for "Total Long Term Care Employee Premiums Withheld" for each company after the first one in the report, and the file totals, are incorrect. The second company's value includes the first company's value also, the third company is the sum of company 1+2+3 and so on.
