EPY: Retro Trigger For One of the Effective Date on JOB Did Not Get Calculated on RETROPAY_EARNS (Doc ID 2984393.1)

Symptoms

Retro Pay calculation for effective date 01-JUL-2022 when using excel to CI did not get calculated when running retro calculation.

All effective dates that was brought in from excel to CI to JOB should have been included in RETROPAY_EARNS.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Use excel to CI that has several different effective dates for retroactive payments for the employee in JOB
2. Review RETROPAY_TRGDTL that does not show 01-JUL-22 for that individual
