To gather more information concerning this scenario and its related problem, refer to the available Replication Steps PDF Document here linked containing the complete configuration and the replication steps necessary to reproduce the problem.

    " Duplicate source criteria not allowed. (13100,88)  Occurred during Rate Template creation. (18071,217) FO_UTILITIES.CI.CIHandler.OnExecute  Name:errorHandler  PCPC:1940  Statement:44

An error has occurred in the Component Interface called above.  Please make sure that the project, contract, and rate profiles have been set up correctly. "

The Error Message obtained prevents the user from saving the needed Rates changes, and therefore, the Assignment cannot be completed. This will affect any sub-sequent integrations needed to the Project Costing module, and potentially result in delayed invoicing to customers in Billing.

The system should allow the option to have multiple Effective Date Rate values, and properly interface them to the Project Costing and Contracts modules.
