Symptoms
After upgrading to PeopleTools (PT) 8.59.18, when attempting to running PSQUERY to Excel with email distribution, the following error occurs:

Selected Column Size Exceeds 255 Characters
Steps to replicate:
-----------------------
1. Run AEMINITEST from the Process Scheduler's 'Schedule Process request page' (Navigation: PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Schedule Process Request).
2. Select 'Email' as the distribution type, and XLS output format.
3. Open the process's message log, and observe the error above.
