Symptoms

Where to locate and update an automated email that includes a URL for a denied Custom Process?

When email sent from custom workflow process that has been denied, the email sent contains a URL to transaction, however, when clicked, User receive an error message.

 
ERROR

You are not authorized to access this component (40, 20)




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. In HR, Administrator denies a custom approval process. 
2. Hiring Manager receives an email with URL link to the  custom transaction, however, when user clicks the email URL link, receive an error message.
