HCM 9.2: Position Management Activity Guide Submit Button Does Not Display

Symptoms
When a new row added with a new effective date to POS_DAT template, the submit button does not display in the Activity Guide when adding a row in Position Management.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Components> Activity Guide Composer> AG Composer Templates, Add a new effective dated row to the POS_DAT Activity Guide template
2. Select the Update Template icon (pencil) on the POS_DAT row.
3. When the Update Template modal window opens, select the + sign to add a new row with effective date
4. Enter the new effective date.
5. Select the Apply button
6. Select OK to the message “Template has been saved.”
7. Select the Done button
8. Verify the security setup was applied from the delivered POS_DAT template
9. Verify the Additional Actions step setup was applied from the delivered POS_DAT template
10. Navigate to Fluid Home > Workforce Administrator dashboard > Position Management > Manage Positions
11. Select Manage Position tile, the page opens on Manage/Create Position page.
12. Enter a position number in the search field
13. Select Search
14. On the Search Results list, select the Status field to sort for Active Positions on top.
15. Select the row for position number, the Position Details page opens with the historical rows for the position number displayed.
16. Select the Add Row button
17. The Request Details modal window opens
18. Enter an effective date in the future or current
19. Enter a Reason Code
20. Select the Continue button, and the Manage Position activity guide opens with Activity Guide Position Data step Page Info
21. For this example, change the Location Code
22. Select the Next button
23. No other changes on the following steps.
24. Select the Next button until reaching the Review and Submit step, notice the Submit button does not display
