The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to ePro Receiving tile PeopleCode Compile Error
2. Getting the errors:

PeopleCode compile error (Field PV_MOB_MNG_WRK.BUSINESS_UNIT_PO not defined. (2,17)^DPV) for program PV_RECV_PICK_WK.PB_FETCH_PO.FieldChange
Invalid or missing PeopleCode program PV_RECV_PICK_WR.PB_FETCH_PO.FieldChange
