Goal
How to correct a prepaid that was not set up correctly but whose immediate billing plan was processed. The prepaid was incorrectly configured with “utilization against all lines” unchecked. The need was to have it checked. No billing was utilized yet.
Navigation: Customer Contracts > Determine Price and Terms > Prepaid Balances. Open the impacted contract.
