E-PRCS: Process Scheduler Shuts Down Abruptly After Peopletools Upgrade (Doc ID 2986791.1)

After performing the upgrade to Peopletools 8.60, the PSUNX Master Scheduler is intermittently shutting down without any error.

The following message observed in the Tuxedo log:

CMDTUX_CAT:542: ERROR: Cannot find service to which to forward request

While reviewing the tuxedo logs the following message was observed:

TMADMIN_CAT:1330: INFO: Command: shutdown -c -S -w 5

Upgrade to Peopletools 8.60.
