E-PIA: Clicking on the Home Button Quickly Displays My Homepage Before Loading the Correct Homepage

Symptoms
On PeopleTools 8.60, instead of going straight to the Homepage when clicking the 'Home' button on the header, the 'My Homepage' quickly flashes first before loading the correct homepage.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Log into the application and navigate to other pages.
2.) Click on the 'Home' button on the upper right side of the page next to the 'Navigator' button.
3.) Notice that the 'My Homepage' appears before loading the homepage.
