Symptoms
The following error occurs when a requisition is created from the marketplace and the item description has less than "<" character
ERROR
XML parser error ParseXmlString Fatal Error: at file Integration Server line: 2 column: 893 message: Expected an element name (159,5) PV_DC_POOM.MAIN.GBL.default.1900-01-01.Step01.OnExecute PCPC:2395 Statement:42
Steps To Reproduce
1. Click on eProcurement Tile.
2. Create Requisition.
3.Click the Marketplace to add one item
