Goal

As of March 17, 2023, the Royal Decree-Law 2/2023, of March 16, was published in the BOE, of urgent measures for the expansion of pensioners' rights, the reduction of the gender gap and the establishment of a new framework for the sustainability of the public pension system.

This new RDL sets out measures aimed at, inter alia, ensuring the purchasing power of pensions, reducing the gender gap in pensions and increasing the minimum and non-contributory bases. And for this, the income of the public system is reinforced, through three measures that impact on the social security contributions of companies and working people. The second is as follows:

From 2024 it increases by a tenth for each year and until reaching 1.2% in 2029, the additional contribution corresponding to the so-called Intergenerational Equity Mechanism (MEI) which currently, by 2023, is set at 0.6% (0.5% charged to the company and 0.1% in charged to the working person), remaining as follows (see attached file)

From 2030, it will remain at 1.2% until 2050.

Will Oracle deliver the Legislative Change only for 2024 or for the rest of the years as well?
