Symptoms
Attempting to setup State Family Leave Insurance in the Company State Tax Table, when the customer enters 72.76% for the Employee Ratio and zero for the Employer Ratio, they receive an error message not allowing the Page to save.
How does one turn off the Employer piece?
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Payroll for North America > Federal/State Taxes > Company State Tax Table
2. Choose the Tab VDI/FLI
3. Enter State Family Leave Insurance as 72.76% for Employee and 0.01 for Employer
4. Receive error
