E-AE/PRCS: What are AE Began and Ended Time Accounting On In Process Details Page

Goal
When running AE process, the AE process ended time show discrepancy (some delay) from the actual AE process finished time.
For example,
AE Stdout file shows the below start/end times:
PSAESRV started service request at 19.35.56 2023-09-06
PSAESRV completed service request at 19.35.57 2023-09-06
PSAESRV completed service request at 19.35.57 2023-09-06
But the Process details page on process monitor shows the below start/end times:
Began Process At 09/06/2023 7:35:56PM EDT
Ended Process At 09/06/2023 7:51:11PM EDT
Ended Process At 09/06/2023 7:51:11PM EDT
Why the end time is different then the AE process finished time?
