E-WF: Unable to Deliver emails From PeopleSoft Error in SMTP "554 Access denied: Amazon SES no Longer Supports TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 Connections" (Doc ID 2989645.1)

Symptoms


PeopleSoft application stopped sending emails with below error in SMTP log.

ERROR
--------

com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 554 Access denied: Amazon SES no longer supports TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 connections. You must update your client to use TLS version 1.2 or above. 


Replication Steps:
---------------------
1. Login to PIA
2. Navigate to PeopleToos > Process scheduler > System process request
3. Click 'Notify'
