Symptoms

IT Computation sheet generation process(GPIN_ITC) is running to 'No Success' with the following error in the log file:

File: /vob/peopletools/src/psappeng/aedebug.hSQL error. Stmt #: 1811 Error Position: 0 Return: 805 - ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_GPIN_ACVL_TMP) violated
Failed SQL stmt: insert into PS_GPIN_ACVL_TMP(
PROCESS_INSTANCE, EMPLID, CAL_RUN_ID, EMPL_RCD, ....


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Taxes > Create IT Com Sheet IND, run the process for a calendar
2. Observe the error captured in the log
