Symptoms
On Campus Solutions 9.2 a message is returned when searching Job Data for a new person / job created in HR. The Global Search does not take the user to the HR page.

1. If search is configured
2. If configured, deploy and index the search category: HC_HR_JOB_DATA_HR9TST
3. If Indexed, check user permissions

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a person in HR and assign a job
- Using Global Search from CS for the Job Data an error is returned
- After the error is acknowledged the Search will return the new emplid
- Clicking on the link for the found person does not take the user to HR but is taken to the PTS_CFGSRCH_CL page
