E-PORTAL: Transfer Function() Open Incorrect Search Page When Accessed From Portal in PT 8.60

Symptoms
On: 8.60 version, Fluid UI
The 'Transfer function()' opens an incorrect search page when accessed from the Portal in PT 8.60. It worked in PT 8.57
Steps to Replicate the issue
1. Login to Portal and Navigate to 'CRM Main Menu > Mem/Pens/Bene 360 Degree View', using NavBar or under HR Service Manager Homepage, Click on 'HRHD 360 Degree View' Tile. Search Page is visible for Member/Pensioner/Benefit Recipient
2. Click on the Home Button. The 'HR Service Manager' Landing Page is displayed.
3. Navigate to the 'HelpDesk Agent' Landing Page and click on 'Worker 360 Degree View' Tile
4. 'Search for Worker' Search page is displayed.
5. Enter Employee ID and click on search. '360-degree view' page is displayed.
6. Create a link for ex: the "View Worker Detail link" with a transfer function that opens related content.
7. Close it and click on the Home button. The 'HR Service Manager' Landing Page is displayed.
8. Now click on the 'HRHD 360 Degree View' Tile.
It is expected that the Search Page for Member/Pensioner/Benefit Recipient page should be visible as mentioned in Step 1.
However 'Search for Worker' Search Page is displayed.
Note: GenerateComponentPortalURL and ViewContentURL functions if used in place of Transfer function then it works fine.
