'Invalid Currency Code' Exception generated even though CURRENCY_CD is present in CURRENCY_CD_TBL.

Exception ID : TLX00590
Exception Description: Invalid Currency Code
Validation comments : Verify that the CURRENCY_CD reported in Elapsed Time is in the CURRENCY_CD_TBL.
Steps to replicate:
1. Login as Employee
2. Navigate to Employee Self Service -> Time -> Enter Time
2. Run Time Admin
