E-ES: Cluster Log File Showing Error "IndexNotFoundException[no such index [orcl_es_piifields]" (Doc ID 2990606.1)

Symptoms

With PeopleTools 8.60, In the Elasticsearch cluster log(ES_HOME/pt/elasticsearchxxx/logs/<Cluster_name>.log), the following error is shown continuously:

Error:

[ERROR][c.p.p.e.s.o.r.OrclAuthPluginRestFilter] [xxxxxxxxxxxxxx][OrclAuthPluginRestFilter] ElasticsearchException[ElasticsearchException[[orcl_es_piifields] IndexNotFoundException[no such index [orcl_es_piifields]]]; nested: IndexNotFoundException[no such index [orcl_es_piifields]];]; nested: ElasticsearchException[[orcl_es_piifields] IndexNotFoundException[no such index [orcl_es_piifields]]]; nested: IndexNotFoundException[no such index [orcl_es_piifields]];

The issue can be reproduced  with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ES_HOME/pt/elasticsearchxxx/logs/<Cluster_name>.log
2. Review the log that consistently shows the error message listed.
