Symptoms
When attempting to trying to save a time and labor rule, the following error occurs:
"The prefix TEMPLATE is reserved for Product Development. (13507,95)
To prevent conflicts with future product upgrades the prefix TEMPLATE has been reserved for templates delivered by Oracle. Name your template any other way avoiding this combination of letters in the first 8 characters."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Setup HCM > System Administration > Utilities > Build Time and Labor Rules
2. Creating Rule – with a Do-Select followed by an SQL Update
3. Receive (13507,95) error when attempting to save
