Receive an Error "XML parser error CreateXmlDoc Fatal Error: at file Integration Server line: 2 column: 524508 message: The prefix 'w16cid' has not been mapped to any URI (159,5)" when Creating the Document Using the New Word Template (Doc ID 2991860.1)

Symptoms

Receive an error when creating the document using the new word template.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Word Version: Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise 2302 (Build 16130.20644 Click-to-Run) Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel
2. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management
Enter Details and Click Copy Document
Select the document and click Ok
Click Create Document
Answer the questions in the wizard
Click Finish
Issue : Receive an error
