Symptoms

8 hours of Holiday Pay are loaded from Time and Labor into Payroll for North America.

Employees hourly rate was 16.406250, which would be an amount of 131.25, but Holiday Pay is calculating at half of that or 65.63.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Load hours from Time & Labor into paysheet.
2. Calculate Payroll
