Symptoms

The webserver went down when trying  opening a large report file (500MB size in this case)  through the web browser and obtaining 502 Bad gateway error after performing below steps:

1. Login to PIA.
2. Navigate to Reporting-Report manager.
3. Try to download a 500MB or larger size report.
