ELM 9.2: After a Learner Completes Web-based Content, Neither the Exit or Close Work for the Content (Doc ID 2993526.1)

Symptoms


Scenario 1:

If application is not setup for launch content in a new window, after a Learner completes web-based content, neither the exit or close work for the content and Navigation Bar Exit/Arrow Icon does not work.

Scenario 2:

After Learner closes the content window, the Table of Contents page contains a Navigation bar at top with an Exit link with an arrow "<-" Icon
and when click Exit/Arrow Icon, receive a message "You are navigating away from the course content. You will lose any unsaved changes."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Log in as a Learner
2. From My Learning fluid page, click enroll/launch content
3. After completing content, if application is not setup for launch content in a new window, the neither the exit or close work for the content and Navigation Bar exit/arrow Icon does not work
    Or
   After completing and exiting the content, if application is setup for launch content in a new window, the new window closes, and use Navigation bar at top with an Exit link with an arrow "<-" Icon
   when click Exit/<-, receive a message "You are navigating away from the course content. You will lose any unsaved changes."
