Symptoms

Receive an error "Invalid parameter 1 for function CartCurrencyFormat." when clicking on a zero dollar item on the Requisition Item Search Results page.

Note: In the Replication Steps, User Details / Company Names / Addresses / Emails / Telephone Numbers / Etc. are fictitious (based upon made-up data used in the Oracle DEMO Environments), any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
       1. Navigate : eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain System Users and Roles > Assign Roles Actions to Roles
              Transaction : Requisition
              Role Name : ePro Admin
              Go to Role Action Category : REQSRH
              Disable the Roleaction VIEW_ORDERING_UOM
              Click Other Roles Assigned of VIEW_ORDERING_UOM
              Select Disabled for “ePro Buyer”
       Note : This is required because VP1 has both ePro Admin and ePro Buyer roles.
              Add VIEW_SUPPLIER_UOM role action

       2. Navigate : Items > Define Items and Attributes > Purchasing Attributes > 10010
              Enter Standard Price to 0
              Go to Item Supplier > Item Supplier UOM
              Enter Supplier Price : 0
              Click Ok
              Click Yes for the message “No price is defined for Supplier’s UOM. Do you want the Supplier’s UOM to be zero priced ? (10000,121)
              Click Save
              Click Yes for the message “No Price is defined for this Item. Do you want this Item to be zero priced ? (10000,120)”

       3. Navigate : eProcurement > Create Requisition
              Search Item 10010
              Click Item
              Issue : Receive Error

The specified parameter is not correct for the function. It may be the wrong type of parameter (string, number, record.field, etc) or an invalid value in this context. 
Review the program for errors. If necessary, run a PeopleCode trace to determine the program that failed. Alternatively, for functions defined within PeopleCode, check the function declaration to verify that they are correct
