Student Balance Displayed On View Customer Accounts Search Page Does Not Match The Actual Balance

Symptoms
The student balance displayed on the View Customer Accounts search page is doubled when compared to the actual account balance on the View Customer Accounts page.
This issue does not occur for every student but in two specific scenarios:
- Student has both primary and preferred names
- Campus Community Installation component has Preferred Name Search enabled on the Names/Addresses tab (Home > Set Up SACR > Install > Campus Community Installation).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Student Financials > View Customer Accounts.
- Enter EMPLID for a student with both primary and preferred names and click search.
- Compare the account balance on the search result to the account balance on the page after opening the component for the student.
