E-PRCS: Schedule Process Request Page Freezes When Using a Recurrence With "Run on Specific Dates" Option (Doc ID 2995135.1)

Symptoms

The issue is observed when attempting to schedule either a query or a process with a recurrence having the "Run On Specific Dates" option setup.

The issue can be replicated at with the following steps:

1. Log into Peoplesoft.
2. Navigate to Peopletools > Process Scheduler > Schedule Process Request.
3. Attempt to schedule the Process using a recurrence having "Run On Specific Dates" option setup.
4. Observe the page is unresponsive and the schedule was not performed even after re-login in the Peoplesoft application.
