Symptoms
Below error message shows up when trying to create a new version for a sourcing event from event workbench.
The issue has the following business impact:
1. Select Allow Event Reminder Notification on Strategic Sourcing Business Unit Page.Navigation: Sourcing > Sourcing Administration > Business Unit Creation.
2. Create a sourcing event and post .Navigation: Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details.
3. Go to event workbench page and try to create a new version for an event .Navigation:Sourcing > Maintain Events > Event Workbench.
