EAR 9.2 : Sql error When Viewing Customer Recent Items from Customer View Fluid Tile. (Doc ID 2995340.1)

Symptoms

Below SQL error appears  in Fluid tile for customer Items Inquiry page. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup row level security for Permission list .Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Activate Row-level Security.
2. Login to PIA and search for Customer View fluid tile in global search.
3. Click on Add customer
4. Select any customer and click compare.
5. Click on highlighted link view details.
6. Expand Search Criteria and click Search button .The SQL error appears.
