Symptoms
When user registration is denied from fluid,email is received with reason Code and Comments blank. The same action in classic mode has all details in email.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Register new user account and submit from Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Register New User Accounts.
2. Login as approver and deny with reason code and comments from fluid approvals tile.
3. Open denied email as requester and notice that reason code and comments are blank.
