Symptoms
View menu item detail page does not load on Portal Object "%HR_EE_PERS_INFO%". It stays on loading and never shows up until the App Server times out.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.- Navigation: PeopleTools > Portal > View Menu Item Detail
2.- Search for %HR_EE_PERS_INFO%
3.- Click on HC_HR_EE_PERS_INFO_GBL
