EEX 9.2: Chartfield Security does not Work When Accounting Tag with Different Chartfield Value is Used in an Expense Report. (Doc ID 2995752.1)

Symptoms

When Chartfield security is enabled for a combination of any Chartfield & User ID and an accounting tag with different chartfield value is used by the user, system saves the expense report without any issue.

Steps:
1. Enable Chartfield security for DEPT and ACCOUNT field.
     Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Chartfield Security > Secure Chartfield Options
2. Setup Security Rule. On the Users tab, select the Expenses Product.
     Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Security > Chartfield Security > Maintain Security Rules > Define Security Rules
3. Enable Accounting tag for expenses.
     Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design ChartFields > Accounting Tags > Tag Registration by Products
4. Setup accounting tag with any Account and Dept ID value other than values allowed as per security rule.
     Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design ChartFields > Accounting Tags > Accounting Tags
5. Create an Expense report and Click on Accounting Defaults.
     Expenses Homepage > Create Expense Report
6. Use the Accounting tag created before.
7. Save the page to see the report is saved without any issue.
