Symptoms

Tab Key does not move control to next field after changing UOM on Fluid Requisition's Checkout page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : eProcurement > Create Requisition
2. Add Items and go to Check out page
3. Change UOM of an item
4. Press Tab key
Issue :Control does not move to the next field
