When inactivating a location that is linked to a ship to location, system is displaying the ship to location also as inactive since the record SHIPTO_VW2.SHIPTO_ID Prompt/Edit table currently references LOCATION_TBL and not SHIPTO_TBL.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to : Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definition > Location and create a new location.
  2. Navigate to : Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement option > Purchasing > Ship to location and create a new ship to location.
  3. Link the created location to the ship to location and save.
  4. Now Inactivate that location created in step #1.
  5. Now navigate again to Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement option > Purchasing > Ship to location.
  6. Notice that the ship to location is also now inactive.
