-- 2023-05-23 14:31:22.616 SQL Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_PC_FND_TA521) violated

Replication steps:

1. Set up a New Analysis Type 'PSB' and 'IND' and add it to an Analysis Group 'PSCST'.
2. Set up a New Rate Set With New Analysis Types as Target Analysis Types. Source 'PSB' creates 'IND' as a target
3. Create a Project and Activity.
4. Setup Fund Distribution Source.

-- With Rates as RateSet defined above.
-- New Analysis Type as Incoming Transaction. The 'PSB' analysis type was added along with the 'PAY' analysis type as the source.
-- Target Analysis Type as with reversals turned on for 80/20 percentages.
-- Threshold is $50

5. Create a Project Transaction and process it. A 'PAY' transaction was created for $100. 'PAY', 'FDF', 'FDS", 'FDR', and 'ODL' rows are generated as there is not enough limit for funds distribution.
6. Setup Allocation Step with the same RESOURCE_ID_FROM to be copied on the New Transaction created in PROJ_RESOURCE. 'PAY' generates a 'PSB' analysis type row.
7. Run the Allocation Process (Allocations > Define and Perform Allocations > Request Allocation > Allocation Request). A 'PSB" analysis type row was generated with the same RESOURCE_ID_FROM from the PAY line.
8. Run Fund Distribution Process(Project Costing > Funds Distribution > Process Funds Distribution). The process abend with the above error.
