1. How do apply in the system different Zones to Employees?

2. Also, when running TAX001 and PAY018 reports, the Taxable Gross for the New York Zone 1 and Zone 2 taxes are higher than the respective MED/ER tax for the employees. The Paygroup has all New York Employees.
