Symptoms

Customers trying to logon to the WebLogic console receive error on screen:

A required MBean Server is disabled which prevents the proper operation of the Weblogic Administration Console.

Please enable the DomainRuntimeMBean Server and the Edit MBean Server in this domain's configuration.

The <PS_CFG_HOME>/webserv/<DOMAIN-NAME>/servers/PIA/logs/PIA_weblogic.log shows the error:

<BEA-240003> <Administration Console encountered the following error: java.net.MalformedURLException: Bad host: "xxxxxxxx_xx.xxx.com"
