Symptoms
When attempting to use the Prepare for Hire selection in order to send the data to HR in order to hire the Applicant, the following error occurs on Submit:
Steps to replicate the issue:
Prerequisite for testing: This is happening only for the applicants which are created when the resume is loaded from Load resume page
Recruiting > Administration > Load Resume - Prepare Load Parameters
1. Navigate to Recruiting, Find Applicants, Find Applicants, access the Applicant previously created
2. Click the Offer Accepted link in the Disposition column on the Find Applicants page, Access the Prepare for Hire Page
3. Click on Submit Request to HR, the Error is triggered.
