When a Subdirectory is used to Store Attachments, an Error "Attachment failed to download. (18036,10014) File not found. (18036,10012)" Occurs When Viewing the Attachment on the Manage Request Approval Page (Doc ID 2996584.1)

When a subdirectory is used to store attachments, an error occurs when viewing the attachment on the Manage Request Approvals page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Setup : Use a URL server to store attachments in a subdirectory for Supplier Registration.
      1. Navigate :  Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Manage Request Approvals
      2. Click on Registration Id
      3. Click on Registration Details
      4. Click on View Attachment
      5. Click on View
      Issue : Receive an error

Attachment failed to download. (18036,10014) File not found. (18036,10012)
