Symptoms
Below Error Message shows up when an address is removed in a Supplier Change Request (SCR) and the change information is viewed from the Review Page (SCR_REV_SEC).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Supplier Change Request(SCR) and go to address train stop from Supplier portal > Menu > Supplier Public Home Page > Initiate Supplier Change.
2. Remove one of the existing address and click on 'Review changes' link .
3. Error.
