Budget Date Field Available to be Updated on Requisition Defaults Page And Mass Change Page Even When User does not have Budget Override Security Role. (Doc ID 2997820.1)

Budget Date field is always displayed/visible/editable in Requisition Defaults page and Requisition Mass Change page regardless of the user having the budget override security role.

1. Enable Commitment control for Purchasing
     Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options
2.Ensure that No Commitment Control Budget Security Rule is assigned to the user.
     Commitment Control > Define Budget Security > Assign Rule to User ID
3. Go to eProcurement > Create Requisition tile
4. Click on Requisitions Defaults
5. See that Budget Date field is available.
6. Add any item and checkout
7. Select requisition line and click on Actions button > Mass Change
8. See that the Budget Date is available to be updated.
9. Go to line schedule page and see that Budget date field is not available here.
