EPY: Enhancement Request: Take As Much of a Deduction as Possible to Produce Zero Net Pay Check (Doc ID 2997854.1)

Goal

The system is not always taking as much of a deduction as is possible resulting in a positive net pay check with deductions not taken. We would prefer for additional deduction amount be taken to bring the net pay to zero with a smaller amount left in deductions not taken.

For example: 401K before tax deduction of $500. System takes $30 of the 401k deduction resulting in $470 in deduction not taken. Net pay check of $40 is created after all other deductions and taxes taken. Would prefer for it to continue taking the 401K deduction to reduce the deduction not taken amount and bring the net pay to zero.
