EPY: Receive ‘No Matching Buffer Found for Level’ Error When Entering Create Garnishment Page After Applying Patches (Doc ID 2997936.1)

After applying tax update 23-D (In this case) unable to update an existing Garnishment.
A pop-up window appears on the screen after searching for the employee to update.

The error states:
"No matching buffer found for level. (15,26) When retrieving data for a page,
a data value was retrieved for which there is no matching data value at a higher
scroll level entry. (For example, at scroll level 2, a value of ABC was read in and
scroll level 1 contained this higher level field but did not have a row with a key
value of ABC). This usually occurs because of an error in a database record or
view, or because of improper deletion of values in a database. Correct the page definition
or contact your system administrator."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Apply Tax Update 23-D
2. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data USA > Deductions > Create Garnishments
3. Upon attempting to enter the page, a pop-up window appears with the error message.


 Patch 35622625 was applied from the 2023 Legislative Patchset, as part of Tax Update 23-D.
