Terminated/transferred employees are showing on the classic Job Data's Reports To View Current Incumbent link.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data, and search for the employee
2. Go to the Job Information tab, click the View Incumbents link for the Reports To position.
3. The list includes some employees that used to be in that position, but were transferred or terminated.
